Info on Profile for sale

Just wondering if anybody out there had any info on the 29 Profile listed on OSO for sale that has the twin 502's that's in Iowa. Looks pretty clean in the pics, but I'm a long way from Iowa!

In Iowa???? If it is for sale at the "factory" you best be careful.... make sure you get second opinions on EVERYTHING, trust nothing with these people, their lies are legendary....

I can not believe its not by now. Anyone that has owned one would not buy another. They look hot, but try running one in the great lakes for a season. If the right person builds these boats it would be a nice boat. The best thing for the Profile name would be a owner change.

Haven't seen a Scarab go past my Profile yet?

You don't run your profile on the great lake's. Anybody can go fast on flat water. You are not passing this scarab in 6' footers.

Have run in the Ozarks 6 footers with no problem, don't see the great lakes as being any different. Maybe Profiles aren't as bad as everyone thinks or bashes. I like mine!

You can not even compare the two lakes. One great lake is as big as your state. Trust me they are different. That’s what APBA thought when they held a race on Lake Ontario. They stopped the race after a crash that took a life.
Don't get me wrong I like the Profile boats I just had a bad experience with mine as did several others in my area. It was a great handling boat it just could not withstand the constant beating the waters here give them. There are some good one’s out there. Now that Randy is out of the picture Profile may have a chance to redeem them selves.

Yes, Profile went belly up. In fact it was last July or August.
