HI larry, the cover is two years old ,it was used outside for 3 to 4 months out of the year , the rest of the time it is used to cover the boat in a heated shop . give me a call 612 978 9897. thanks dean , also wanted to mention it covers the sides as well as the rear steps and over the drive ,thanks
