The drive has a 1.5 stamp in it, so I am going to go with 1.5 as the ratio. We ran her again with the same prop 4 blade 28". 61 MPH at 4600 RPM. with a 23 cupped Mirage Plus, 61 MPH at 5300 RPM. (( Boat ran 50MPH last year with a Stock 454/365 combo with a OMC Cobra Outdrive 19" Prop 4600 RPM )) ? We doubled the HP, and torke. 598 about 725 HP at 5000 RPM. Any idea ?

Maybe a 5 blade would help?
I think at 2" below your propshaft is too high.
My boat has the prop shaft like 5" below...
