P5X vs. Hering 5 blade rpm's & performance?
I'm currently running 29p P5X's on my 28 Daytona @ 5000-5100 rpm's. I have a free chance to try a set of 31p Hering 5 blades that came with my fathers new Donzi 38 ZR. Would they work on my Daytona and what rpm difference might I experience? Right now my hole shot is a little slippery with the p5x's and a high x dimension. How about hole shot with the Herings and overall performance differences? Any opinions would be appreciated...

Re: P5X vs. Hering 5 blade rpm's & performance?
The HEring props are 2 inches taller so your RPM should drop but Hering propellers are available in custom diameters so this will effect the outcome as well. But I envision that you will loose a fiar amount of RPM. Addtionally the P5-X props will induce some bow lift and the Hering props are stern lifting props.
