depitching a prop

I have a set of 29 miriage plus I am thinking of purchasing, but the boat only turns 4950rpm and I would like to see at least 5200rpm. Can this be accomplished by re pitching theses labbed 29's?

Those propellers run closer to 31 pitch. They are the "bastard" child of the Mirage family. They do not follow the same geometry as the rest of the Mirage family. However, if you can turn them, they can be very fast.

I don't know I bought them lastnight hopeing by putting a smaller pulley,H2o deletes,new demond carbs,nose cones it will turn it a little more. if not I will need 2-300rpm more
