Changed drives and starting over

I have recently swaped drives for a B-Max with a 1.30 ratio. During break in I ran my labbed 30 Bravo 1 @ 4400 to 4500 around 82 GPS the only other prop I have been able to run so far is a stock 26 Bravo with a damaged blade similar speed at 5200 to 5300. Before the swap ran Bravo 1 drive with both 1.50 and 1.36 best speed was with 1.5 and a 32 stock Bravo @85.8 GPS but it would bury the bow my labbed 30 rode better but lost a couple 10th's. Running the 1.36 cost me about 1 to 2 mph with same props.
The boat is a 26' 280 Velocity modified and Pro-Charged 454 Mag with 5lbs boost no dyno numbers, estimations are 700 to 750 hp.
Any thoughts?

what rpm's were you turning before,Smitty

5400 to 5600 a little more maybe with the 30 and less with the 32 but close.
