I've just built new motors and have 30's and 32's to try. Once I get her wet and figure out which props is best I'll be selling one set.

Is that what you have narrowed down to Bob? Keep me posted, I'd like to make a change from the stock 32 also.

Hi Dave, I have done a TON of work in looking for a set on new props. The Bravo's just don't work on my boat, eveybody agrees that I need more blades. For the money I have chosen the P5X's from Hydro. I am going to try and swing 31's 1st and see if I can get the rpm's that I need. If not then it will be a set of 30's. I will let you know how things work out. If you want after I get them dialed in we will be in Milwaukee again this year for Summerfest and you can try the finished product if you want, but it will cost you a beer....BZ

I have a set of 32's if someone needs them. I have no idea if they've ever been worked or not, you would have to get them checked out.

you switching to hydro's also???? from what I have seen I would not waste my time trying to MAKE a set of maximus's work. On second thought you get the max's and I will be even faster this year....LOL...BZ

Be careful with the 5 and 6 blade props on your 42X. That's alot of prop for Lk Mi (lots of bite on a heavy boat). Fountain has spent alot of money testing props. In order for the set up to work properly you need to go with shorty sportmasters and should consider Herring or five blade Maximus "Lab Finished". Be careful not to throw good money at bad.

Have any labbed 34's that will not blow out while coming up on plane?
You flat pitched my 32's and removed a tad bit of cup for my 38 Top Gun. They run good, but I think there is more speed to tbe had.
The 32's just touch the rev limiter @ 5600rpm 93 - 94 mph. Would like to run labbed 34's @ 5500.
Your thoughts? price?

Yeah, there is a story behind the 34 B1's. I may have told it to you. Anyway, we can fix the planing blow out problem with these props. Looking at your old file and the work we did does show you are a 34 B1 candidate. $1690.00 for the set complete (new, Labbed to your spec., in the box with hub kits).
