Rolla Arneson Cleaver Advice
 

I just installed a used set of 17.5x22 4b Rollas on my 42 Harley with Arnesons.

results: RPMs are 400 too low unless I trim way up
Too much stern lift at high speed.

This is not a speed boat. But I need to get the WOT rpms inline. I gained 2mph on the top end. Props are much smoother than the three blade nibrals that were on it. So I really do like the props, just need to get them adjusted if possible.

Who would be the best person to send these props to?
