BBLADES Professional Propellers Expands!!
Hello everyone!
BBLADES has a very exciting announcement to make!! BBLADES has purchased a new facility! We have just closed on a beautiful 9000 sq. ft. machine shop, fully loaded! This shop is a semi local building (8 miles away) located in the country near by, situated on 3 acres. The gentleman who owned it previously has worked closely with us on numerous projects over the last few years. He is the original owners son and has been involved in the busines since its inception. He has decided to retire and we have decided it is the perfect oportunity. The new shop has all the machine shop staples and quite a bit more! Punch presses, brakes, shears, drill presses, mills, rollers, ect., etc. plus a few other special pieces we are learning to use proficiently. We have been working very hard to give our customers the very best products available in todays performance boating world. With the purchase of this new facility, BBLADES looks forward to supplying our current customers and new customers with the same great products, customer service, and set up knowledge as in the past. We are also focused, concentrating and working hard on new product offerings going forward into the 21st century! Stay tuned, the future is exciting and coming quickly!! Brett |
Congtats Brett on the expansion. You do great work. I'll be sending some #6 props in the next few weeks. Doug

Congrats Brett!

Thanks guys.
Mike I got your message. I think you are really going to like the 3rd generation CNC'd long hubs from Mercury Racing! They are sweet!! Some big changes have been done to them and they run great. They are "right there" with other #6 drive competetors props in most applications. Speeds range from 1-2 mph slower to 1-2 mph faster than the competions product depending on the set up. We will be repairing and customizing these propellers as needed in the new shop!! |
Congrats!

Hi Mike,
Currently 16 degrees. Soon 18 and 20 degrees will be available. Remember, high rakes aren't always faster, only if the boat needs it will it perform better than low rakes. I'll call you Mike. |
congrats!

Here's a couple taken with my RAZOR camera phone. They don't do justice. The roof peak separates 2-4400 square foot sides. The side with the front overhead door houses the propeller Lab with all the repair measuring and propeller fabricating equipment. The oposite side houses the machine shop and all the metal fabricating equipment. In front there is a 375 sq. ft. office and lobby with a counter accessing the parts room. We have 3 overhead doors with one outfitted to handle semi's. (oh yeah, we have wild turkey's and whitetail deer in the back yard for all you sportsman).
1 mile down the road is a private landing for Princeton residents on Wisconsin's deepest inland lake, Big Green. The lake is over 250 ft deep. It is 7.5 miles long and 3 miles wide. We can literally be in the water testing within ten minutes of deciding to do so! Once the move is complete, I do a virtual tour of photos if anybody is interested. Of course the secret Lab area will have to remain out of focus. LOL |
Congrats Brett. I cant wait to try the 32's!

congrats brett,it might be a while before I send my 26 to you that we talked about last fall, someone broke into the boat and the 2''shortie drive was stolen, carb, msd boxes ect, so with some help from some of the boys from LI NY, NJ, I hope to be on the water by july, also got some good news about my MRI app, set up for this week so I will now what the nexted knee operation will be about nexted week. comp cut me off for 8 weeks again. maybe you won't see my prop this summer if they drag the nexted operation on into the summer. I was hoping the last one would have worked in oct. well good luck with the new building and hope to be on the water just to get out. art

AIR TIME,
Hang in there. You have a couple of tough ones going on. And I was feeling sorry for myself with all the moving remodeling stuff I'm drowning in. You'll be on the water soon. Thanks for the thoughts and know your friends are thinking of you too. |
We are finally in and under production! WHEW!
Won't do that again. THANK YOU every one who has been patient and understanding with the delays moving can cause. I will update the picture tour shortly. |
