I have had a number of people recomend bblades to me for prop work.........

I am running about 700-730 hoarse 540 na through a speedmaster #3 i am now using a 3 blade cleaver.....The numbers on the prop are mod 1 152x25.....vo22.......whs 684.......which does not tell me anything because i dont know a whole lot about propellers......i run a rpm of about 5700 at 78.2 mph....The boat is a 27 mag with a fairly deep x ......I will measure that as soon as i get the outdrive back on.....any info would be helpfull

Thanks guys.

mod 1 would most likely be a race class or even a ref. to a ajustment the propeller went through at one time.

152x25 are measurement notations. I think we have a 25 pitch propeller with a diameter in the 15-15.5" range.

VO22 is most likely a prop shop stamping from some time ago. (I'm not sure on this one.)

whs684 is a date code from the late 80's. The letters should be capitals though.

You actually running pretty well if you have a 1.5:1 gear ratio. 13% slip isn't bad for that boat. I'm sure a face lift to the prop could help though.

Brett
