5 blade vs 4 harder on drives?

382 05 What are the disadvantages of a 4 blade, is it easier on drives?

4 blades are faster in some applications if you can have them tweked by the right guy.
as for the more blades to do reak a lil havok on the drives as for loading and unloading mostly because of the low slip and x tra blades.
but the same could be said for the harmonics issues from a 4 bld allways having 1 1/2 out of the water.

Agreed that each situation is different. 5 blades can be harder on drives with big HP. I like the point about harmonics though. Load and unload can also be hard on drives where as a costant load may add longevity. Running multi blades on any drive within its recomended range will be fine with driving common sense.

If a 4 blade hooks up well, run it before the 5 blade for top speed. Use a 5 blade for better cruise speed.
