prop repitch
 

I'm looking for a 23 pitch mirage plus prop. I saw a 25 pitch mirage plus with a 23 stamp above the 25P stamp. Not knowing much about props the original owner says it was repitched to a 23.

Is this possible, and if so is it ok to use one like this ??

Not likely. I would try to find a stock prop for testing if your objective is to improve over that of the modified prop you have.
