23' Eliminator prop question
 

I have a 23' Eliminator open bow with a good running 454 in it. I have been playing with props:

23 Mirage+ 4900rpm= 62 mph, spins like crazy on bottom

22 Bravo 4400rpm= 57 mph, great hookup on bottom, boat handles very poorly at top end. Feels like rear end is lifting up. (boat is faster loaded than empty, if I trim up to get rear end planted, prop blows out easily)

25 Quicksilver 4600rpm = 65 mph, spins a lot on bottom but otherwise best prop for speed and handeling.

Question?: How to get hookup on bottom with top speed and handeling?
