Need to trade 30P B1's for 28P B1's

I need to get some 28P B1's for my 33 Outlaw since the 30's are not pulling the RPMS that the engines should run at,
Anyone open to trade their Mint 28P B1's for my Mint 30P B1's ?

Have you considered labbing your 30's to get the rpm up??
