SS prop for 24' 'toon
I've got a 24' 'toon with a 115 Johnson with an al. prop,I need to go to a stainless prop.Should I go for the same size thats on it now?(15p) Thanks,Bob

Sorry, never saw this.
If you go to stainless, you need to go down 1-2 inches to maintain the same rpm. Stainless props have more agressive geometry and hold the water better so the R's go down. Use your current WOT rpm with the alum. prop and the engines recomended WOT rpm range to determine which way to go. Call me if we can be of assistance. Brett |
