TRS prop question
Ok guys I have a TRS drive with a 21pitch Quicksilver Mirage 3 blade prop on my boat. I heard the Bravo 1 props fit TRS drives..is this true? Also is there anything I need to look out for when changing pitch. I need to go up atleast 2 pitchs on a 3 blade or possible only 1 pitch up on a 4 blade prop since my 330hp 454 is spinning to 5,500 rpm's which is way to much. While I have you guys here what is the pro's and con's of a 3blade and 4 blade prop.

I would try a 24P bravo one prop to get you back down to the 4600RPM range where i think your 330 need to be. Or maybe a 25P mirage.

I should have posted that the 330hp 454 does have lighting headers, and performer intake. I know its not a big gain in HP and I know this motor has cast rotating assembly but does this motor only need to turn at 4600rpm's?

So does a bravo 1 prop fit a TRS drive?

Yes, I have one on my TRS. I lost about 1.5 MPH on top end compared to my Mirage, however my cruise picked up 1.5-2MPH along with several other benefits. :drink:
