Prop Stop?

Were can I find the Prop Stop tool, I cant find there website anymore?

I apologize about the site being gone, but the company that was hosting it has disappeared. I am trying to track down the former owner so I can get my site back. Don't really want to build a new site, until I know for sure I'm not getting it back.
