Default Torqued over

My boat is torqued over under acceleration, I am running a RH rotation prop. I have a baja 252 with blown 468. If I went to a LH would this correct this torque problem?

do you have trim tabs? if so you can lower one side to counteract the yaw through accleration
i doubt that a lh prop will overcome the yaw of the big motor

Trying a LH prop is a worth while test. We have done this with other single screw deep V's with good results. Find and close size LH and run the boat in reverse and the boat will go forward. Let us know if you need a test prop.

It helped some, I found a good deal on a 28 rh BBlade in OK, I put it on and it seemed to better than the stock 26 on the torque roll but the second day out the prop found some sand and got some nicks, I was sick.

Tabs... you have more than enough power to come up without havings your tabs buried all the way down. Just experiment to learn where to set them to come out level.

markodessa,
Let us know if you need the prop touched up. Also, we can adjust it as needed to get the most out of your set up. We can research the recipe and determine if we should modify the prop. Hopefully you had enough time to realaize how the prop is reacting before the damage occured.

Call us if we can help.

Brett
