93 fountain prop issue
 

i have a 93 fountain 27 foot with a 502 mag carb motor i went from a 23 pitch mirage plus 3 blade to a 24 pitch 4 blade bravo 1 and so far its okay the bravo 1 has never been labbed and it is in kinda rough shape edges are beat up and a half inch is missing from one tip . i went from 61 mph at 5100 rpm to 59 mph at 4500 rpm completely trimmed with the bravo . do i send in this prop to get it back to normal or do i have enough info to get it labbed or do i need a diffrent prop . getting on plane is the same between the props but the boat is a 100% better throttle response in mid range rpm's also the boat feels better in turns and driving all together so i like it , just wanted to know what to do from here .

If your prop is bent up and parts of it missing, you should not even be running the boat with those props. You are going to tear up your drive.

Ditto to UrbanDisturbance! Get it off the boat asap.
