Default Damaged Rev 4 vs Hydromotive prop

I have two damaged props & can’t decide which one to repair. Both have ramp strikes on them & have slightly less diameter than factory specs. One is a Rev 4 23p that I can spin to 4600 @ best & seems a little faster. The other is a Quad IV X 22P that I can spin up to the factory set limiter of 4750. Since both need repairs do I repitch the rev 4 or labbed it to get the RPMs up or do I repitch & lab the Q IV to keep the same RPMs & hopefully gain speed. I know this is probably a better question for the prop shops but I’m just looking for a general consensus since I don’t have the budget to act now.
