quickly need to buy two 17,5x36" cleaver

I run a Nor-Tech 50 with 2x1800 hp T53-703 from Turbinemarine.
I have big problems with my props, they breaks very often, I can see small cracks after only four hours using.
I am careful when I throttle upp and down.
currently I use 17,5x36" 5 blade cleaver.
What is wrong?
Is six blade stronger?
I need to buy new immediatlely, there is a poker run this weekend I must join.
