These type of props are on thousands of surfacing applicatons and aren't failing.
Some investment castings are better than others.

Sorry, it's toast.

Building up weld wouldn't be cost effective and replacing the tip wouldn't be accurate or carry the load.
However, those are the two ways to make the rpair if it was the only thing to do.
