diameter question
i want to reduce my diameter on the props to reduce transom lift and increase rpm but i dont want to lose top end. can i reduce diameter from 34X17 to 34X16 without losing my top end speed?

I would think reducing diameter would also alter the pitch. I would try a borrowed set first before altering yours if you can find a set.

Yes reducing diameter can even increase top speed.
Sometimes cruise speed my drop slightly.
Each application is different. We would need to discuss your set up in detail. There is more to reducing diameter than just cutting the prop down. Call us if you wish to discuss this further.
