Need some help dialing in
 

My buddy bought my 2003 Powerquest Silencer with a zero hour fresh rebuilt 496 with the Raylar 525 HO with E-top headers.

Boat is a 28 single step, engine is 560 hp and needs to spin at 5300-5350 rpm.

Here are some prop test results:

5200-5300 rpm @ 72.5 mph 26 labbed Bravo 1 with .70 cup (max cup)
4800 rpm @ 70.5 mph 28 Bravo 1 with no work.
5200-5300 rpm @ 73 mph 26 Bravo 1 with no work.

Can 400 rpm be gained labbing a Bravo 1?
Would a 28 Bravo 1 labbed prop with no cup be the answer?

Any ideas??
