Prop stamping decode?

5 blade speedmaster props with the following numbers stamped underneith the washer.

11369 09-38-05 C

Anyone know what they are? They are a pair and stamped the same one is a left and the other is a right.

38 pitch Herings.
Cast CNC'd matching pair.

At least that is what they started as...........
