No clue where to start...

I have a 26' warlock world class, I don't know what it weighs in at but it seems like a Peterbilt sometimes. It has single 502 with some work done, the prop that came on the boat that I am currently running is a Quicksilver 23p. I have absolutely no idea where to start when shopping for the correct prop, other than the fact the one on there is probably not what I need. I've read previous post on other warlocks and saw some suggestions for a 26 Bravo 1. I am open to all suggestions and advice and will try to answer any questions in order to help figure out a good solution. Thanks in advance for any help.

There are many options.
Determining if you wish to go to Lab Finished or blueprinted props is a starting place.
We have a test propeller program that is a great route to get started with.

What all info would yall need about the boat in order to get started on the test program?

I have a 2001 25' World Class. No swim platform. When we were running our stock HP500 and a 30 inch Bravo 1 we could get 81-82. At the time the HP500 had a few hours on it. Running a 24 inch Bravo 1 got better acceleration but top end was about 70. You may get better info if you posted in the Warlock owners section.

Hello antknee,

Calling us is all it takes to get into the test program.
From there we can ask you certain questions that will help us to decide where you are currently at and/or where you want to end up with your specific application.

Thanks,
Brett

I have a 26 warlock also. It had a 330hp 454 in it when I bought and had a 23 quicksilver mirage that spun 4200rpm @ 53mph. I replaced the motor and it dynoed at 579hp.

The props I test with the new motor are as follows.

Mirage plus 25p 65mph @ 4600
Mirage plus 23p 66.3mph @ 5000
Cutting Edge 26p 4 blade 68mph @ 4950
Cutting Edge 26p 4 blade 65mph @ 4800

I tested full of fuel and used gps not the speedometer. Being a non ventilated bottom the 3 blades work better than the 4 blades as they have more bow lift.

The dry weight of the boat is 3,875 lbs so with 90 gals of fuel and two people and gear you could be around 5,000.
