Mirage 23p+ or Mirage 25

I trader my Mirage 25p+ props for some 23's and even though I haven't opened the boat up completely I think that I may be able to move up a notch. What would be the next size up, a 23+ or 25?

We really need actual baseline WOT numbers from oth of the sets you have run.
Also, the need to know the props history is important too.
