Labbed prop

Can someone tell me what it cost to have a prop labbed? Thanks

Mine was little over 4 bills, but it depends on what you want or need. I am very happy with my results.

Thats true Zeke, if you have to go find a used prop for 2-4 hundo & then get it labbed, you are in it a little deap. If you already have the prop, get it labbed. After labbing, all blades are same size, shape, pitch, and balanced.Just cause you put brand new tires on your truck, doesnt mean they dont need balanced.

Remember, you get what you pay for most every time.
There are many imitators and a few originals.

We charge $935 complete for a Bravo 1 truely built to your boats needs or $376 to do the propeller casting you supply. New stock props are rairly in balance due to the production process.

Thanks,
Brett

Does balance really matter when the prop is rarely evenly loaded due to trim angle or surfacing? Just wondering. I'm running one of your labbed 30p Bravo 1s and it's been great. It was only $920 a few years ago :).

See how slowly we have raised our prices!

Balance is a major concern in marine propellers. The propeller is loaded all/most of the time. Even when trimmed or surfacing it must remain under load to remain efficiant. Lack of load is evident with slip % numbers.

Thanks, Brett. Yes, your modest price increase over several years is very reasonable.
