difference between a hydro and a bravo 1
what are the differences between the hydromotive 4 blade say a 27 pitch and a 28 pitch bravo 1 4 blade. single engine vbottom
|
I know they make a cleaver and a round ear..

Was talking about how it affects boat. Stern lift or bow lift etc...stock bravo 1 4 blade to a hydro P seriers
|
Bravo= bow lift
Hydro= stern lift |
bravo 1 vs hydro p4x? Very similar prop....hydro has more rake (blades have higher angle of entry). This is supposed to give more bow lift. There is also more surface area so may give a little lift to the transom. better cruise and MAYBE better top end...that depends on your boat. Try it out and report back.

thanks

Hydro does not have more rake angle or blade area.
The Bravo 1 will react better to trim which can create less wetted surface area and decrease drag which can make you go faster. The Hydromotive has more stern lift and on a set up that wants to run flat, it can be the better performer. Brett |
