Hydromotive Q IX different versions!?

Ok I have to Hydromotive 24p q ix same serial number except one is left and one is right. I bought these used , seperately on here. One looks like it has been worked on but I don't know if it has been labbed, maybe just repaired. I made a template of the Right props blade and kinda traced it onto the Left so you can see how much different they are.
What should I do ? I like the rpms of the right one, can I have the left cut down? Oh also big difference is the Left props blades are further forward by 3/8ths of an inch on the prop. the blades are the same width at the body but they start and end sooner on it vs. the right blades.

The left prop has round ears and is 15.5 inches

The right prop has pointy ears and is 14.75 inches

the right prop turns 300-400 rpms more than the left and is right where i want to be.

You have a Hydromotive QIV and a Hydromotive QIV-X, the X being the round ear model.

QIV is a cleaver stern lifter

QIV- X is like a Bravo 1, round ear bow lifter. Every thing happens at the stern so it isn't really a bow lifter but that is what people call it.

The top/RH prop has been modified to make it even more of a cleaver. They are both regular Q IV's.

what does that effect ?

Being cut down will increase the rpms. Making it more of a cleaver will reduce bow lift. The Q IV is more of stern lifting prop anyway, so that may not matter.

I have an '89 Formula 292 SR1 with big blocks. Would you say that a stern lifting prop is probably best for my application?

Sorry for the bad info, now that I am on a real computer screen (vs a dumb "WYSE" terminal), you are 100% correct in that they are both QIV.
