still working on it , ran it saturday for the first time and only ran up to 45mph and backed it down because of the fuel pressure was only at 1lb on 105 gph pumps . so today i ordered new 170 gph pumps to fix that problem .
try again sunday . thanks to bblades i think i have a close prop on it , it came out of the hole on plane easily . so with the new pumps i hope to get to try WOT this weekend . again thanks to BBLADES ! For mechanical pumps, I recommend a six valve style pump with 1/2NPT in/out, and -8 lines minimum on a 780HP blown engine. I have -10 from tank to wix filters, to fuel pump, then -8 after fuel pump. Before I switched to 6A drives I ran Konrads, with hering 29.25 x 16 x 20 rake. No spacers. 3500 was 58-60, easy to plane and 86 -87 full tilt. Konrad provided the props with the large diameter. They are for sale in the classifieds.
