mounting hydromotive props on bravo x drives

just bought some hydros from a guy and there is a gap between the mount nut and the prop on the shaft. what is needed to eliminate this gap? can i run these without anything? i am thinking not. thanks!

The first thing that goes onto the prop shaft is the forward thrust washer.

OK brett, thanks! I never took mine off so it should still be there. There is a brass washer at the base of each drive shaft
