28P Bravo One Prop, What kind of hub is this??

I am looking at buying a 28p bravo one 4 blade prop. It is priced right and in great shape. My problem is that it must be an older one as it is not a flo torq hub. The guy says he "bought it from a prop shop for use with a 400hp big block bravo boat"

He doesn't know if it is considered a solid hub or not, it looks like its pressed in to me and metal. Look at the pic, what is it? I am looking to use it in a 900hp application.
