4 blade 20 pitch prop, need help trying to figure out what brand it is
 

I have a 4 blade, 20 pitch prop, has the power tech super cup design, but I've contacted powertech and sent picture but they swear up and down its not their prop, it has welded blades, it has no markings on it anywhere for a name. I need a hub for it so if anyone can help let me know, I've got pictures I can post.
