Blue printing a prop
My props were tweaked by an ol'timer who has since passed away.
He did an outstanding job, but if something happens to one of them I can't go back.. Can existing props be blue printed? |
Send them to bblades to be measured and diagramed. that way if anything happens you can have them fixed or reproduced
|
Depending on who originally did the Lab work. We may be able to duplicate it via a serial number.
zz28zz, If not, we have all the computer measuring equipment as well as the mechanical tooling and equipment to measure and determine pitch progression, rake angles, cup heights blade area and all else to recreate your favorite propeller. Call anytime and I can go into more detail as to the procedures we offer. I'd be interested as to the old guy you're talking about. I'm guessing I know him. Thank you, Brett |
