Default What size of prop should I be running

I have a 32ft Sleekcraft Heritage with twin 500EFI's with bravo 1's with 4 blade 30 pitch props, at WOT I'm running at 5200 RPMs at 80mph with trim at about 50% up. When I get out of the hole the props start to cavitat and I have to back out of the gas. Should I jump up to a 32 pitch 4 blade?

Because the stern is not lifting as much, the prop will stay deeper with more water volume above them increaseing potential leverage on the transom.
That leverage is what carries the bow. So yes, you should get more bow lift.
Removing diameter requires matching blade area and thicknesses to original spec.

No.
I would rather see a conservative Lab done to the 30's with a cup adjustment to hold the water to the blades better during planning. You still have a 200 rpm window till you get to the rev limiters. The adjustment should be able to be done while gaining 0-100 rpm and increase overall performance.

That is a link to the BBLADES 4-SPEED.
Dropping the drive will give more bow lift.
It will also increase drag and affect speed. You will also get meore stern lift with the 5 blade unless the diameter is reduced.

i like that 4 speed .its more round eared, correct. Do you offer any type of trial program or possibly come there and try something

Yes this is a round eared propeller.
We do offer a test program where you can try the prop for $55 for 15 days without purchasing the prop.
This way you know what you are buying prior to purchasing.
Here is a link to the program.
