What direction to go..up or down

My boat is a Formula 311 bravo boat with 330hp..when I bought the boat I slapped a set of hydromotive 24 pitch 4 blades on it. The boat performed great, but lacked top end rpm. It cruised great at 3000 rpm, came out of the hole great, but could only pull 3900-4000 rpm. So I put the 3 blade 23p mirages that came with the boat on there for a little test run, (never ran the boat before with them). For starters I hate the docking with 3 blades, boat doesn't respond well. The boat planes well with the 3 blades, cruise was higher rpm at same speed as 4 blades (as expected) but I regained the top end rpm, pulled to 4300 without any trim, so I'm sure I could get too 4600 with no issues with trim.

So question is..going back to 4 blades for sure, but question is..
Should I step down to a 22 hydromotive with the larger diameter?
Should I go to a 24 pitch Bravo 1 that has a smaller diameter to regain top end rpm?
Should I step down too a 22p Bravo 1??

Cruuse speed is more important to me then top end, but I feel as if I was lugging the motors even at cruise with the bigger props..

The docking issue can be helped by trimming the drives up a descent amount when docking

The props are deep, so some Mirage props are going to most likely be the best option.

You need some data with WOT rpms and GPS speeds to get good advice. BTW, 330's should be run at 4600-4800 rpms for the best performance.
