Damaged bravo 1 28 pitch

I banged my 28 bravo 1 up pretty bad. Is it worth sending it out to get rebuilt, is it worth anything to anyone the way it is or is it scrap?

Any local prop shop should be able to repair it.

On the upscale performance side you could try FJ propeller. Aside from that, Google boat prop repair and see if any are in your area.
New Bravo is $650 to $800ish with a Simple Google search.
So if a repair is reasonable and they do it correct no issue.
Yours doesn't look too awful, so I wouldn't think it'd be overly expensive.
Otherwise hang around for a used one to come up for sale.
And I also wouldn't consider yours scrap!
This is all IMHO. Other's mileage may vary. :drink:
I use these guys, but they are local to me, so keeps it simple.

I mangled a hydro last year and sent it to Mark’s Props. VERY quick turn around and good work. Later had the other freshened up, few small nicks. Neither lasted long after the repair. I’ve heard hydros are thin compared to bravos so I don’t know if that would make a difference.
IMO, if you needed something quick or just wanted to finish out the season, do a repair. Otherwise, buy new.
I’m getting ready to buy new props.

Lord Jbooten, where you hitting all the crap at?

Guy near Somerset painted my boat and I picked it up and went to Cumberland.
I would not have put my boat in the water if I knew it was trashed. Oh well.

RR,

I have a virtually brand new B1 28P RH that my wife is chomping at the bit for me to let go of. $500 plus the ride if you're interested.

Thanks. Brad.
