Python 24’ Prop Help
 

I have a Python 24/7 with a 502 Mag Mpi. What are 4 blade props you guys recommend? Currently has a Bravo FS but i need more bow lift. Or should i just have the FS cupped?

When I had my 24x7 (Sunsation Rocket) the best prop I found was the Mercury Rev4... It have me the best now lift, matched top speed of other props I was running, plus super easy getting on plane, and best mid range speed but a decent amount... Rev 4 has a good amount of cupping.
I'd definitely recommend trying on before messing with yours... Do a search in here, there's a bunch of threads on 24x7 props.

What pitch are you now and what speed & RPM are you getting

Currently running a 24p Bravo FS. 4800 rpm, 72mph. porpoising starts when approaching top speed (67+) Tried a few things ive ready about trim on these hulls and nothing works. I believe i need more bow holding capability.

Alot of searching points to the Mirage, but id like to stay with a 4 blade. Then it seems to point to a Bravo or Rev 4

Rev 4 definitely had more bow lif - it also eliminated chine walk I was getting... Not sure if it'd help with porpoising but if the bow lift eliminates it, the Rev 4 should work.
