Well, after spending a weekend outside the shop, some piece of trash messing up a bunch of easily fixable items on the motor and trailer, it rolled into the shop and was in the sling before I drove away. They vowed to have it finished Friday so.. I'll have some pics of the new Gelcoat to post..and then I can get started replacing all of the items that are missing now. What a pita.

It's gonna be Sweet! I am going Nutz! I'm so damned excited I could just $hit!! I told the Glass Guys to keep me in suspense and not send me any pics or tell me anything. I wanna be Shocked and Awwed when they roll it out! I have a pile of parts to reinstall, but I should have it all together and ready to Float by the 10th! I turn 40 on the 11th so it's my Birthday Present!

Dammit! The guys are behind on my rig.. they may not have it finished until Thursday evening or Friday Morning. I'm goi g to have One Day to reinstall the Rubrail, bow light, 8 speakers, amp, head unit, prop, mercathode, 4 cleats, one Gas Cap assembly, 4 Venturi Vents, and a set of 12 in Trailer Brakes and control unit in my truck, replace one broken running led light, then Wax the Piss outta the damn thing! If they get it to me Thursday afternoon...there's a chance..but If I'm not finished by dark on Friday.. I'm gonna hafta sneak out and try'n work on it all the while trying to do "birthday stuff" with my kids! I counted 186 #8 Stainless screws, 24 coarse thread stainless speaker Screws. Wow.. I'm Screwed!! Oh well, if the job they do is Awesome, then So Be it..I'll be glad they didn't rush it.

Here's a Little Sneak Peak! They spent the rest of the day cleaning up the pinstriping and wet sanding and buffing it out. Picking it up tomorrow..will have Lots More Pics tomorrow Night!
