I've been busy and almost finished with the drive. I got some parts from mr gadget and basically went with a thick floored gear and associated bearings and parts. I have the gear cluster built and had to machine .050 off of the clutch puck (or what ever its called). Only thing I have to do is pull a bearing race and install the new race and then assemble the drive and go out and try it. It takes a special tool to pull the race, so I'm either going to make one or see about borrowing one to pull the race.

I hope to have it running again in the next few days and also ordering a scoop in order to get more air to the engine because its starving for air!!

Update coming soon!!!

We leave from the palace casino in biloxi. Its right at the foot of the bridge before you go to ocean springs. Head down 110 toward beau rivage and take a left. Mile or so on left before bridge.

Horn island is next to ship island. As in south of biloxi about 14 miles in gulf.

We may try and go if I feel confident with the outdrive holding up after we test it for the weekend.
