by the way that mask I'm wearing above is a forced air respirator i made out of an old CPAP machine. Works great except i wanna fall asleep about five minutes after i put it on :D lol . . . . (that could explain a lot)

Artwork dave, wish i could do a quarter of it.

Are those baltec panels, another brand or did you build them on site.
The pictures make the tape/ tabbing look like 0-90 material, but im guessing its bi ax
and what im seeing is the stitching.

Dont leave out the materials your using and why ! hows the rest of us supposed to learn ?

no i make panels on site to suit what i need. The tabbing is all 45/45 on just about everything i do except transoms or the occasional stringer i will alternate in 0/90 to give me four axis. Using 0/90 over hard straight angles leaves one full axis useless and simply along for the ride doing nothing for the laminate.
