Can't find anything on that cam after a quick look.
If you are going to the trouble of tearing into this motor you need to be using
the Crane 168741 cam.
You already have roller rockers you will only need the longer travel roller lifters for it to work.
To fit the roller rockers you will need a adjustable rocker kit.
Are you using the stock exhaust?
With that cam and a flowing exhaust i would think about 70 - 90 HP gain.

No leave ignition alone.Factory will work fine.
Put that cam in it with the lifters and rockers, jet the carb right and you will get the most HP you can get
out of that 502.
