I hear ya. Parn put that idea in my head months ago and i can't get it out. And i'm further than you are from getting a 28.

JM judging from the pics and the transom thickness think this boat will ride in 3-4's better than the concept? I am guessing a little less shuttering. Gonna be a stiff mofo. JD probably should call it the Viagra boat. Sounds like I may finally be able to start talking in earnest soon. :rolleyes: NK

Yes .... better , stronger , faster , ext ... Should really work well in a CHOP ! Just have to hope the bigger outboards are ready when the boats ready . You are gonna need every hp you can get in that thing !!! :cool:

Still does. Owner lives in Grand Rapids and also owns LEOPAJM's old 41. Wet trap was repainted with some flames and it's mostly blue now. NK

Is that the blue boat with the big yellow and orange flames? Ive seen that a few times out on the lake. Is LEOPAJM 's old boat the yellow 41 or the maroon with yellow/white flames that was painted blue? Any 28's out there for sale?

Has any body seen my old 28 ... the original Tadpole that was in Powerboat with the 500 Mercs ??? It's in Florida somewhere ???
