Tex, she is only in the mid 60's with a carbed 500. But it will do that through any water I have seen here on the Chesapeake Bay :drink:

How's yours running?

What prop are you running and what kind of r's when fully trimmed, or properly trimed i mean...

Good now. Had some carb problems, but that's fixed. I think I'm only at around 72mph, but really haven't had an accurate gps reading at WOT.

A 24 Bravo @5100rpm 65mph GPS. I have tried a couple different props and gained a little top end and lost a little mid. The 24 Bravo is good all around. I'm sure if I had some work done to it I could pick up a little more but it's not worth it right now. Got some more stuff I want to do first then I'll reprop.

It takes alot to get the old true V's running. What's your approx. HP?
