That thing looks awfully like an Apache, as for pricing 1/4 Mill for a straight bottom 25 yr old boat might be a stretch........cool boat for sure
|
It is a 41 Apache, Saber bought the molds years ago. It’s an awesome boat for the right buyer, that pool is pretty small though. Probably cost 3x that or more to build the same boat today.
|
Those 6's look like they are on boxes props are way back there
|
Saber built 3 of these (according to Tim) I only know of two: Clifford, and Wicked Won
$250 is a lot of money for an old boat, but, this was recently redone in the last few years (used to be yellow). I can't imagine what it's like to keep those engines running. Very exotic power for that thing. I would love to have Clifford. https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...6f189ad939.jpg |

Great boats. 4 of them.
1st - Tadpole - I think Parnell turned this into Ancestral Spirit Flamed 41 - Jerry McConnell built originally with triple 500’s then quickly changed it to triple Mercury 800’s with 5 drives WickedWon - Jim Deitz built originally, lots of little details, no notched transom, carbon fiber capped stringers and bulkheads, etc. Clifford - Jerry McConnel built this one as well twin Merc 1075’s. Nykamp can fill in all the missing pieces. lol. |

Current owner of WW had another 41, not sure where it is these days. They do require deep pockets to own and run, was told by the previous owner buying the boat was the cheapest part 😳
Yea I remember the original owner stating that it hurt getting screwed in that Vorce deal but he was money ahead not paying to run the boat for 3 seasons. |
Awesome boat. I think the pricing is fair provided it is turn key and is balanced/runs well. Only 40 hours on those motors. The parts and hull are likely worth close to asking price.
|
My buddy has Parnell's former 41' in Canada , it was the original triple. called Tadpole. Re rigged at Saber as a full stagger twin, that got boxes and #6's.
|
There's a twin step some where .and a Black 41' hull some where also,
|
Any of these hiding in a warehouse being ignored for sale....?

I think they may have added a stepped bottom on this too... Don't quote me, but worth the ask |

Good evening J-Bonz, Jerrys former triple 41 is here in west Michigan, a friend and customer of mine has owned her for a long time, it gets run out of Holland sometimes. Not used much, everything was re freshed a couple years ago.

I'll be done detailing her today. This is a rare chance to own an Offshore beast. I've been lucky enough to care for her over the course of three of her four owners.
