just saw news report....big flare ups is when turkey still frozen some, goes into fryer and erupts flames 12' high...when it is 1ft away from your siding you can guess......

BEST TURKEY I've had is the most dangerous way to cook it. Danger, go figure....

nahhhh I've done many of them and am careful, 11 lb breastessss have been in fridge for a few days, cold not frozen...
