There were 6 Boats Layed up in the Shop in Westminster
Calif, Then they were shipped to Wellcraft for rigging
Then the shop in Westminster closed.

Hi Philip: Good to hear you did buy one of the F!
Scarabs, When I was involved with Scarab and trying
to get Bob Christie's boat approved I had a prop
special made for Bobs Alehouse boat that made it
fly.....
If you want information I can Check with the shop
in Ventura CA. Who did the prop for me, Team Scarab
was in ventura for a number of years and VALLEY PROP
SERVICE was right next door and im sure they can make
more of the props.
My Classic 26ft Flat Deck is going to be used in a Movie
we are going to do next month so im busy getting it
upgraded now.
Best of luck with your F1.

I remember one of the 26' F1 boats was for sale here in Pomona at Millers Landing (back when they were on Foothill and Towne). That was back in the late 90's. I didn't realize the significance of the boat at the time, but remembered it did look a little different than any of the other "Wellcraft" Scarabs.
