Good Run Sunday morning. The water was a little too sticky. The wind came up in the afternoon which was perfect for loosing up the hulls.

Looks like good, sunny weather for the weekend... maybe a few SCOPE guys will chance the seas. My little one has a 9:00 AM soccer game again Sat morning. I am free after that. Maybe try out the labbed 26's?

Talk about 6 degrees of separation.The last time I had my boat out ('31 Fittipaldi Scarab) I was in the ocean running next to the JJones' P38 in Newport right after the Huntington POPRA race in September. I also talked to John (John 38 Scarab) after the Windy City Poker Run in August , do you remember, I asked you about your tow vehicle in the parking lot after you pulled it out of the water?Small world.I am still thinking of getting a '38 myself,if somebody would buy my '31.Mike

Ask around and see what you can find out... I'd be interested to know how he treated it before, and if the motors had been changed out at one point or another... Evedently the previous owner has a bigger fountain also.. He could be a SCOPE member.. I was never able to talk to him... Got it from a broker.. Wasatch Marine

Its a 1995 hull, 1995 502's EFI, Bravo Drives.. Lanthum Steering. I got it from Wasatch Marine in Newport Beach.. I would actually like to talk to the pervious owner.. My CG documents are being held up because he won't give up the original registration.. I will post some more pictures in my profile and here.. But I can't resize my pictures real easily here at work. You might check over at speedwake under my user name, I have a ton of pictures over there, already posted.
