Looking for a windshield for my 2000 38. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Take a look at the new Donzi Zr's and windscreens looks just like the 38 Scarab windscreens. Donzi & Wellcraft are both made in Sarasota. Maybe the windcscreen vendor might know something about the windshields.

I had mine done at a local plastics shop..it came out great !

Do you have a picture? I have molds for the Donzi but I'm unsure whether the Scarab might have used the same one.

I blew the picture up and still can't tell -
the Donzi one that I was refering to is the one that is almost circular and afixes to the inside of the hull rather than the outside as most boats do. It has a venturi - like lip all around.
Anybody have a 38" in the South Florida area I can take a peek at?

Mine is not there but if I had one it would go between the white molding and the hull/deck i think, but yes,inside the boat!Let me know what you find because i would love to have one!

dont quote me on this but i believe wigginout took his off to get it in his garage. He may still have it and may or may not want to part with it not sure on his actual size.

I just took off the cracked windshield on my 2000 38. It was fasten to the inside of the top cap. I called Wellcraft direct and they are having one made for me. The lead time is 6 weeks and the price is $850.

Geez I'm in the $580.00 for the Donzi one and I have a suspicion it's identical.
